Bhavna will take guests through a number of local dishes including some vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes, a popular Indian starter, dessert, and a lassi. She ensures guests understand all the ingredients, in particular the spices, and why they are used in specific dishes. If you are interested she can also organize for someone to demonstrate how to make Indian breads such as chapati and parantha. Bhavna has produced a wonderful recipe book that guests can take home so there’s no need to write anything down making it easier to take everything in.

The whole experience is very informal and is ended with a traditional meal.
